The Insidious Side Effect you were never told about

Hey everyone, I have something that is going to help your success once you get it. I talked about social media toxicity before, but this goes much deeper…… listen carefully.

Have you ever noticed that there is a boatload of negativity on social media? Have you ever noticed that people are always arguing, or getting angry? Well, this is because they are addicted to negative dopamine hits.

Listen carefully, your brain is wired so that anytime you have an ego-based emotion you get a dopamine hit, similar to heroin or cocaine. It doesn’t matter if its a compliment, or if you are looking down on someone as being “stupid” or “inferior”. Getting “angry” because of someone’s negative posts also causes a “dopamine” hit.

Have you ever noticed if you get bored, or depressed you immediately start scrolling social media feeds? Or maybe you find political posts to get angry about. You see, when you get depressed your brain starts searching for ways to get you a dopamine boost. It looks back into its database and remembers that you get dopamine from negativity and anger on social media.

This then tells your subconscious mind to immerse itself in anger and negativity so you get that “dopamine” boost. But here is where it gets even more…
