Condoning Versus Accepting

Okay, this is an important topic, once you get it it is going to help you heal or progress at light speed.

People commonly ask me why they need to “accept” things before healing. People also tell me they have issues with “accepting” things. Well there is an important reason for this, its because they are confusing “condoning” with “accepting”.

People commonly believe that if they “accept” they have been hurt, or if they “accept” they don’t love themselves then they condone it. That couldn’t be further from the truth.
